I aspire to become an inspirational leader for our students. Today's business climate requires developing different skills to remain competitive. We are moving toward an improved model known as Tec21. As a professor I have a strategic function that is to nurture in new forms the process of learning and teaching. My goal is to be not only inspirational, but also working with companies to solve their problems and helping our students to develop all their skills. The implementations of theoretical concepts within companies provide other insights for our students to complete their knowledge. My career vision is to develop new strategies useful for the learning process in my expertise area. I like to perform research to solve marketing issues within regional or local companies and participate in research congress. The required leadership for professors includes attributes and results. The knowledge is only the basic level, but is critical to identify what I need to change to deliver more value. The teaching and learning is an ongoing process. As a role model I try to motivate my students to develop their skills to the fullest level and be ready to become entrepreneurs at their selected career. They can ask advice anytime they might need it as we are here to serve them. I enjoy the teaching process but I am ready to pursue new responsibilities to enrich my career.
