Industrial Engineer with a Master's degree in Systems Engineering, specializing in Systems and Quality. Doctoral studies in Industrial Engineering from Florida International University. I have been a professor at the Tec since 1994 on the Chihuahua Campus. For more than 18 years, I held various positions, including Director of Professional Studies, Director of the School of Business and Humanities, Director of the School of Engineering, Architecture, and Health Sciences, and Program Director.
