Iris Cristina Peláez Sánchez is a doctoral candidate in Educational Innovation at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Her research focuses on the digital gender divide, digital inclusion, and immersive learning environments. She has published in indexed journals and presented at international conferences on Education 4.0, AI in teaching, and the metaverse. With expertise in instructional design and data analysis, she develops technology-driven strategies to foster inclusive and effective learning experiences in digital education.
