Arturo Molina is professor and Director of the Institute of Advanced Material for Sustainable Manufacturing of Tecnologico de Monterrey.
He received a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Engineering from the Loughborough University of Technology and a University Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Budapest. He received a Master of Science with specialization in Computer Science degree and Bachelor degree in Computer Systems Engineer from Tec de Monterrey.
He is co-author of more than 150 scientific articles in journals, editor and author of 15 books, inventor of three patents granted in Mexico.
He is member of the National Researchers System of Mexico (SNI-Level III), Mexican Academy of Sciences, Mexican Engineering Academy, Mexican Academy of Computation.
He also participates in international research networks, co-Chair in the Global Universities Network's Climate Change Global Challenge, Chair of Researcher Leader Group Engagement of Universitas 21, as Chair of the international federation for Information Processing (IFIP) WG 5.12 Architectures for Enterprise Integration.
