Ledezma-Martínez, Minerva

Overview

Minerva Ledezma Martínez. Chemical Engineer graduated from the University of Guanajuato, Mexico with a GPA within the top 5% of her generation. In 2006, she received the outstanding student of the year award granted annually by the University of Guanajuato during her Master's in Chemical Engineering (Process Integration). In 2014, she joined the Centre for Process Integration at The University of Manchester, UK as a PhD researcher, working under the supervision of Professor Megan Jobson and Professor Robin Smith. Along with her PhD studies, she worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for several course units for undergraduate and Master's courses. In extra-curricular activities, she was the Manchester Mexican Society President (2015-2016) and student representative of the Centre for Process Integration (CPI), 2016-2017. In 2019, she obtained her PhD degree in Chemical Engineering and Analytical Science. She worked as a Senior Consultant Engineer (ENG Services) in AspenTech Mexico City. She was also the Women's Leadership Forum (WLF) global Co-chair and part of the LatinX Forum in AspenTech.
