Gomes E Souza-Munaier, Christian

Overview

I am a professional dedicated to impacting academia and society through teaching, research, consulting, and entrepreneurship. As a Doctor in Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP), I lead research in consumer behavior, branding, social marketing, and sustainability, focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. I actively participate in international conferences, including the American Marketing Association and the European Marketing Academy, among others. Additionally, as a co-leader of a marketing research line in the Brazilian Association of Graduate Programs and Research in Administration (ANPAD), I promote the development of new perspectives and paradigms in contemporary marketing. My academic journey is complemented by over 30 years of experience in consulting and entrepreneurship. I owned Aqua 710 and Aquafan gyms in Brasília (Brazil), where I gained deep insights into business and service management in the wellness sector. As the founder of 4GOAL, a firm specializing in strategy, training, and data analysis, I support companies in integrating innovation and sustainability into their operations. My professional experience spans markets in Brazil, Mexico, Bolivia, and Portugal, along with contributions as a columnist for media outlets such as Globo TV and ESPN Brazil. My mission is to build bridges between academia, business, and the community, contributing to the development of sustainable solutions that drive meaningful and positive change.
