I have worked as a full-time professor at the Tec de Monterrey since 2001. During this period, I taught on high school and college. In July 2004, I was invited to participate as a Class Director in High School, where I learned a lot about the characteristics of young people: how they learn and how to motivate them. Since 2009 I have worked in the College Division, first as Accounting and Finance Director, then as Director of Business Academic Liaison. Now I continue working as a full-time professor in the Accounting and Finance Department. I have been coordinator of "Semana I" at Hidalgo campus from 2015 until 2018. In EM2018 and AD2018 I was in charge of "Semestre I" in the same campus and I have also participated in a module of the finance area in each of them. I participate as coordinator of the design of the training unit called "Financial Analysis" that is part of the "Financial Vision" competition.

I am co-author of the work "Case method for the resolution of contemporary ethical dilemmas", where I participated with the chapter "Ethics in teaching". During 2020, 2021 and 2022 I have been distinguished as part of the "Circle of Distinguished Professors".
