Overview
Mechanical Engineer with a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro. Throughout his career he has outlined a unique profile by integrating experience in manufacturing, aeronautics and higher education, consolidating himself as a reference in the promotion of engineering with a practical, international focus and high academic impact.
In the industrial field, he worked as a Design Engineer with manufacturing support at General Electric Aviation (GEIQ), where he provided technical solutions in structures for aeronautical, marine and industrial engines, strengthening the synergy between design and manufacturing.
At the same time, his international education includes studies as an Airline Pilot and specialized training in Fundamentals of Aeronautics at the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), providing a deep vision of the global aerospace sector.
At Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro, he has strategically led several academic and innovation fronts:
- Designer and coordinator of the aeronautical engineering concentration and design leader of the aeronautics concentration for Modelo Tec21, establishing a robust academic offering aligned with the needs of the industrial sector.
- Designer of training units for mechanical engineering 2026 plans.
- Designer of the success planner, of the accompaniment model to be implemented in 2026 plans.
- Academic coordinator and founder of CEDIA, promoting links with the regional aeronautical industry and high-level international agreements (ESTACA, CIADI, Pratt & Whitney).
- Project leader in the refurbishment of a Boeing 737 and the development of a turbine engine test bench, key infrastructure for practical training in aeronautics.
- As a professor, he has left his mark through strategic courses such as Computerized Drawing, Fundamentals of Aeronautics and Tec21 Model workshops, in addition to accompanying students in international experiences in Russia (MAI, 2010) and Poland (AGH, 2016).
His academic leadership has been reflected in:
Successful coordination of national (CACEI) and international (ABET) accreditations in 2015 and 2020.
Substantial improvement in CENEVAL exam performance, going from 27% to 54% of students with outstanding scores, and reaching 2% with national awards. Six national awards in the June 2024 cohort.
Design and implementation of the "Experiential Engineering" program, benefiting more than 500 students, and promoting the publication of an article on educational innovation.
Strengthening the attraction of talent through experiential workshops, achieving the highest historical admission to the mechanical engineering career.
As a promoter of student development, he has been key in the continuity and consolidation of teams such as BAJA SAE and Electrum, leading them to become national champions. In addition, he led the academic committee of articulation between PrepaTec and professional, managing to implement 8 interdisciplinary topics with direct impact on the educational linkage.
Finally, she complements her human and strategic approach with certification in Ontological Business Coaching by Newfield Consulting, obtaining a postgraduate degree from the Universidad San Sebastián de Chile, thus consolidating her leadership from an integral and transformative vision.
