I have a bachelor´s degree in business and also have a master´s degree in business management; the program I studied for my masters included specialized classes with professors from Whichita State University. I started my teaching career as an assistant for a PhD professor. I have been a professor at a bachelor´s degree for 15 years; my specialization areas are innovation, entrepreneurship and organizational development.
For about two years I also taught entrepreneurship and human relations at high school. I was an international mentor in several programs with McGill University; I have been in Montreal twice with a group of students.
In other areas I have been a consultant for the business incubator in my campus, and worked as a consultant in technology development projects for a company called GESVIN; where I helped around 10 companies to obtain about 60 million in governmental aid for technology development projects.
I also worked as a trainer in entrepreneurship programs for governmental entities, and enterprises with a company called RASOAL all around the country. Once I was invited to teach a seminar on communication at Memphis Tennesse with the corporation offices managers.
