Ulises Fernandez de Lara is the Finance Director at Arca Continental, second-largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America and one of the largest in the world. Within its Coca-Cola franchise territory, the Company serves over 83 million consumers in Northern and Western Mexico, Ecuador, Peru and Northern Argentina. Mr. Fernandez provides oversight to Corporate Treasury, Investor Relations and Risk Management and Share Services functions. Mr. Fernandez has over 25 years of experience in the Beverage, Soft Drink and Information Technology industries. He has served several companies across various countries in Latin America. Mr. Fernandez de Lara has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering with major in Telecommunications, Undergraduate studies in Finance from Wharton Business School and an MBA from IPADE.
