Segovia-Philip, Ana Lissette
Overview
Ana Lissette Segovia Philip, full time professor, classified as an Associate, of the Department of Management and Leadership (Business School) at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Puebla.
She has a degree in Law with a specialization in International Law, an MBA with a specialty in Strategic Leadership and a Masters Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology. She is currently studying the Doctoral Program with a double degree at the University of South Carolina and EGADE.
She has worked at Tecnológico de Monterrey since 2008, holding the positions of Career Director (councelor) of the Bachelor of Laws and professor in the areas of Management, International Business, Law and Entrepreneurship, teaching courses in Spanish and English. She has also been a designer and instructor of the Organizational Behavior course in the Fit modality, as well as a coordinator in different "Semana i" activities. She also was former Coordinator of the Tourism Concentration (Semestre i). Currently, she is Associate Professor of the Business School, participates in several disciplinar projects such as curricular design of Tec 21 study plans and units. Additionally she participates in community and interest groups such as the Gender Link Group (Grupo Enlace y Genero) and works on the research lines of Succession in the Family Business and Organizational Behavior.
In 2011, she published her book "Sucesión Directiva y Patrimonial" (Directive & Heritage Succession) through the Digital Editorial of Tecnológico de Monterrey, winning the 2012th Rómulo Garza Research Prize.
She is a founding partner of the consulting firm Human Factor Coaches S.C. since 2005 and has been a consultant in projects for public and private institutions for more than ten years.
