Dr. Thierry-Aguilera is an industrial and systems engineer and holds a Manufacturing Systems M.S. and an MBA all from Tecnologico de Monterrey. Has been a member since 1987 and a senior member of the IISE since 1989, he works as the Graduate Advisor for the Industrial Engineering Program at Tecnologico de Monterrey Mexico City Region. His experience include 10 years in industry working in the Autoparts Sector in Logistics and Marketing Areas. He worked for the NSF Ergonomics Center at Texas A&M where he studied his Ph.D. From 2014 through 2017 have served as Track Chair for the Sustainability Division in the ISERC. His interest in Sustainability keeps ground in Work Design, Logistics and Social entrepreneurships and recently was elected as Board-member of the division. Ricardo has also designed several executive education programs for private industry and government across Latin America. At present time he also serves as the President of the National College of Industrial Engineers of Mexico.
