I am a person who has a passion for the training and development of people. I graduated from BBA with a master's degree in marketing, throughout this process I was fortunate to train in student activities (student groups, residences as resident assistant and cultural outreach) which made me feel a passion for training. I started working in the academic department of Business Management and Human Talent at ITESM, then I moved to the Coordination of Student Development of Residences. I started my doctorate in administrative sciences, dedicating myself full time to it at EGADE Business School and at the same time I have been participating as executive producer of events in the art and culture department within ITESM.I worked in the coordination of support for student projects in the department of Leadership and Experience in LiFE. I am currently doing academic support work as Director of the LAET program for the TEC21 model. It will be a pleasure if we can collaborate together on interdepartmental projects.
