Morales-Rodríguez, Adriana

Adriana Morales Rodríguez is an Associate Professor at the Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Tampico Campus. She holds a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Management with cum laude distinction, as well as a Master¿s degree in Introduction to Research in Economics and Business from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She also earned a Master¿s degree in International Business from Rey Juan Carlos University and the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset in Madrid, Spain. In addition, she holds a Bachelor¿s degree in Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She received the 2023 Inspirational Professor Award at the Tampico Campus. She is a member of the Conscious Enterprise Center and the ¿Development of Conscious Businesses¿ research group at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Her research interests focus on service quality, educational innovation, conscious capitalism, culture, and customer orientation. In addition to her academic career, she has worked in the private sector, served as a consultant in family business, and held various academic and leadership positions at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
