Overview
My name is Ma. Del Carmen Temblador Perez, I am the daughter of Maria Perez Zavala, an anesthesiologist and Sergio Ramiro Alcocer a veterinary. With the pride of being a graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey of the undergraduate program of Industrial and Systems Engineering and at Operations Research and Quality and Productivity masters programs, I studied the PhD at Texas Tech in Systems and Engineering Management. While I was studying my masters program (first), I was lucky to have a great mentor who introduced me to consulting. Since then, I adopted as an important part of my professional life and I still practicing. My passion is divided into process optimization through statistical techniques and applied concepts of systems theory for organizational improvement; where I have achieved some successful applications and some papers have been accepted in Journals with JCR indexation. Within the past 2 years, i have been working on the design and dictation of the train the trainer as an open enrollment and in company programs. Also, the design of in company in improvement process, new manager, and quality programs, among others. I have been technical coordinator of Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence programs. From June 2016 to May 2018, I coordinate the efforts on SMARTec a Tecnológico de Monterrey initiative oriented to improve service, quality and/or cost efficiency. At 2020 I switch from Continuous Education Vicerrectory to the Department of Industrial Engineering at Monterrey Campus as professor.
