Caffarel-Rodríguez, Graciela

Overview

Industrial and Systems Engineer Generation 1987, with a Masters in Administration by the Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Masters in Sciences with a spatiality in Quality and Productivity, also by Tecnológico de Monterrey. Since 1998 she has been a Plant Professor at Campus Monterrey, teaching the chairs related to Project Management and Evaluation, Project Feasibility and Integrative Project. In the latter, she is the coordinator of a team of exa-tecs, where she works in a coaching and collegial evaluation scheme. Within the Institution, he is the leader of the team of academic aspects of the Industrial and Systems Engineering program (EAAC IIS), for the design of the new academic curriculum within the new Educational Model TEC 21 (2017-2020) and coordinated the design and implementation of Semester i named "Leadership Mode for Social Development" (2016-2017).She has also collaborated with 2 of the Strategic Initiatives: Training Models and Inspiring Teachers. (2015-2017). She is currently participating in the deployment and implementation of the first training units of the new educational model for the Industrial and Systems Engineering Program. She has participated in several consulting projects: with the Mexican Association of Food Banks, the University of the Lakes in Chile and the Office of the President of the Republic, among others. She has taught courses in strategic participatory planning and has facilitated decision-making processes for different federal and state government agencies, productive clusters of the State of Nuevo Leon and educational areas of ITESM. She participated in the CEMEX-ITESM Research Chair, and has been a speaker at the International Congress on Educational Innovation and the International Congress of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.
