abstract
- This study investigates the impact of integrating AI and VR technologies on the communication skills of higher education students at Tecnologico de Monterrey. Eight students were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, with the experimental group receiving training through Meta Quest 3 headsets and the Virtual Speech platform, while the control group used traditional methods. Communication skills were evaluated based on criteria including speaking pace, eye contact, listenability, filler words, content, and body language. The experimental group showed marked improvements, highlighting the effectiveness of immersive learning environments. These results suggest that AI and VR can enhance educational outcomes by offering real-time feedback and interactive experiences. © 2025 IEEE.
