Necrotizing scleritis and its association with peripheral ulcerative keratitis -necrotizing sclerokeratitis (NS)represents a serious threat for vision and eye integrity, evolves very fast if untreated, and its finding suggests the presence of a potentially lethal systemic vasculitic process. The following case is an example of the diagnostic approach and therapeutic scale in a 63-year-old women with necrotizing sclerokeratitis.
