All rights reserved.The present study seeks to provide empirical evidence to answer the question ¿Which are the strategies for the dissemination of tacit knowledge between the different groups that make up an institution of higher education who lives a change? Due to its characteristics, the study followed a case study method; it was selected institution that was living an organizational change. The results found that a higher education institution that¿s living an organizational change, should establish strategies enabling it to understand the nature of tacit knowledge and relate their formal and informal practices of dissemination. There were also identified facilitators and barriers affecting dissemination practices during organizational change.
