All rights reserved.This paper describes an alternative way for multidisciplinary teaching and learning that is part of the new educational model Tec21 of Tecnológico de Monterrey. This educational model allows students to develop competencies and skills when they solve real challenges of companies and organizations every year during their undergraduate studies. During one week of the semester, students from different bachelor programs and generations, interrupt their regular classes in order to concentrate for full time, and work 40 hours exclusively in solving challenging, multidisciplinary and interactive activities advised by their teachers. Some activities are described and some results of the perception of the students´ experience are shown also.
