The commitment of an enterprise to its workers can therefore be seen as forming part of a wider social obligation, an obligation that simultaneously seeks to generate value and increase development for stakeholders, making such social responsibilities highly significant to the organization. This being the case, the aim of this article is to reflect on the corporate commitment to inclusion as part of the working environment, analyzing how such inclusion can have a positive impact on the perception of workers toward their company. From a qualitative reflection of the data obtained from the application of a survey in a Mexican sample population, a model for the promotion of dialogue and organizational inclusion is proposed. In sum, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship between the level of institutional social commitment and employee perception of the company.
