  • The following text aims to show which were the technological tools that had the greatest impact on the students of the Tecnologico de Monterrey who are studying for a master's degree in education -online-. This paper seeks to know how through the different courses traveled throughout said postgraduate course, the student body was able to manage their learning and use the different ICT in their favor. The applied methodology is qualitative and is based on the deep interview. In particular, this technique is applied to students who are studying any of the three phases of the subject: Applied Research Project (ARP), that is, students who have already completed most of their subjects and are currently developing their thesis. As a result, it is found that with the use of different technological tools such as applications, presentations, applications that promote collaborative work, asynchronous recordings, videos, etc. In conclusion, both constant communications, as well as the new role of teachers, and different technological resources focused on teaching are decisive for the student body to be able to manage their time to improve their own learning process and manage their activities to carry them out in a timely manner.
