Corporate governance through stakeholder engagement helps in developing democratic ecosystem with agility in strategy development, operations, and decision-making. The accountability in engagement of both internal (employees) and external (customers, investors, and business partners) stakeholders helps organizations in inculcating self-regulation and plays a role, with a growing emphasis on collective corporate growth. The corporate democracy also converges ESG criteria (environmental, social, and governance) linked to responsible company practices.
