- Although digital transformation is currently a much-mentioned term in the business context, this construct is still an emerging topic for academia. At the same time, organizations are already experiencing extraordinary challenges, not only because of the COVID-19 pandemic but also because of rapid environmental changes and the quick adoption of digital processes.
