Overview
Ph.D. in Law from Tulane University in New Orleans, also has a Master´s Degree in International and Comparative Law with distinction from the same University. Also has the following academic degrees; International Trade Law from the University of Arizona, Criminal Law Master´s Degree by the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, and Law degree from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus, being nowdays also a Ph.D. candidate by the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas.
Currently works as a Full-Time Professor in the Law School, teaching courses as: Intellectual Property, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Commercial Law. And various courses in EGAP, EGADE, International Business Department and the Virtual University at ITESM. Also has been distinguished invited professor in ITESM Campus Chihuahua, CETYS in Tijuana and Mexicali, UNITEC in Honduras, and University of Texas at Austin. Is a external legal advisor and partner in the Law Firm: López Consultores.
He worked as the Dean of the Law School in the Monterrey Campus and National President of the Law Academy in the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He was the Legal Director of Technology Company ATP, Director of the Permanent Arbitration Center of the Cámara Nacional de Empresas de Consultoría, and Director of the Research Legal Center JURICI at ITESM and also was External Attorney and Legal Representative of Grupo Financiero Bancomer.
Member of the Faculty of the Masters Degree in Innovation and Business Development.
