García-Sánchez, Arán

Overview

Doctor in Law with honorable mention and Master in Corporate Law from the Center of Legal Sciences of Puebla, as well as Lawyer from the Institute of Legal Sciences of Puebla incorporated into the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, he has 20 years of academic experience in the field of Civil and Family Law. Assigned to the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Puebla, Mexico since 2009 as a full-time professor, since 2010 as a full-time professor, in 2016 he was recognized with the highest distinction that is awarded to a professor at said institution: Inspiring professor 2016. As of 2017, he has served as Director of the Law Department in the South Region. In the field of research, he has participated in the coordination of books, as well as in the publication of various scientific articles related to family law and specifically in the matrimonial field, he has been a speaker at different national and international conferences related to his line research. The foregoing has allowed him to be considered as a candidate for member of the National System of Researchers by the Council of Science and Technology in Mexico as of 2020. International experience: He is currently studying a Master at the University of Barcelona in Family and Child Law 2020-2021 Research stay at the University of Navarra 2018 (Spain) Oral Trial Skills Training Litigation Workshop at Arizona State University (USA 2018) Course of argumentation and critical thinking: argumentation in ethics applied to professions at the University of Deusto (Spain 2012).
