Overview

Doctor of Law with honors, Master in Corporate Law from the Center for Legal Sciences of Puebla, Master in Family and Childhood Law from the University of Barcelona, ¿¿¿¿as well as a Lawyer from the Institute of Legal Sciences of Puebla incorporated into the Benemérita Autonomous University of Puebla, he has 21 years of academic experience in the field of Civil and Family Law. Attached to the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Puebla, Mexico since 2009 as a professor, from 2010 as a full-time professor, in 2016 he was recognized with the highest distinction awarded to a professor at said institution: Inspiring Professor 2016. From 2017 he serves as Director of the Law Department in the Southern Region and from 2020 of the South Central Region. In the field of research, he has participated in the coordination of books, as well as in the publication of various scientific articles related to family law and specifically in the matrimonial field, and has been a speaker at various national and international conferences related to his line of research. This has allowed him to be considered a member of the National System of Researchers Level I by CONAHCYT and to be classified as a Research-Oriented Assistant Professor by the TEC de Monterrey starting in 2024. International experience: Research stay at the University of Navarra 2018 (Spain) Litigation workshop for training in oral trial skills at Arizona State University (USA 2018) Course on argumentation and critical thinking: argumentation in ethics applied to professions at the University of Deusto (Spain 2012).
