Master degree on Environmental Science and Development at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (1990).
Doctorate degree on Company Law at Universidad Anáhuac and Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2000).
Her area of practice has been as legal advisor in environmental affairs, corporate and business matters for Mexican industry, among others in foreign investments, immigration, notarial and contracts.
She  worked for  Mr. Fausto Rico  Alvarez, Notary Public 6 of the Federal District, Mr. Julián Real Vázquez, Notary Public 200 of the Federal District, and Mr. José María Morera González, Notary Public
102 of the Federal District.
She collaborated at the Firm Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres  Landa,  at  the  Ve  por  Más  Bank,  and Banrural, advising the legal areas of credit, public and private trusts.
She has been civil and mercantile professor at Universidad Anáhuac, and recently teaching at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), Campus Querétaro.
