I am a professional with nearly 30 years of experience in developing organizations through the strategic integration of human capital, executive education, corporate governance, and business philosophy. My work combines philosophical insight with strategic execution, allowing me to accompany business leaders, boards of directors, and executive teams through complex processes of transformation, professionalization, and sustainable growth. I am the founder of Höklen (www.hoklen.com), a consulting firm specializing in executive search, talent diagnostics, compensation architecture, and governance design for mid-sized companies across Mexico. I also serve as an Independent Board Member, contributing an ethical, critical, and results-driven perspective to organizations across diverse industries. Currently, I am a Full-Time Professor of Business Philosophy at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I design and facilitate learning experiences at the intersection of Strategy, Corporate Finance, Capital and Human Development, Knowledge Creation, and Corporate Governance. I teach courses in Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance and Strategy, and Philosophy of Business Strategy, integrating analytical rigor with ethical and existential inquiry. My research focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, andragogical learning, and strategic development for C-suite executives and boards.
