Cárdenas-Hinojosa, Bertha Elizabeth

Overview

Dr. Cárdenas has more than 17 years as a professor at the Academic Department of Management and Leadership, at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus teaching classes related to Human Resources Management and Administration, in face-to-face, virtual and FIT format . And since 2019 she teaches Tec21 Model training units. She jointly wrote the book: Organizational Learning, as a project for the subject, with the McGraw Hill publishing house. She has participated as a speaker in national and international conferences presenting research papers related to the educational field, as well as topics related to human resources and administration. She has also been a speaker in various forums such as INC Monterrey, ANSPAC, Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras, among others. She has collaborated as a consultant, designer and instructor in executive education projects for programs open to the public, as well as for organizations such as Crisa, Femsa, Arca, Chubb Seguros, Autozone, Banorte, Compañía Cervecera de Coahuila, Minera del Norte, Iberdrola, Stabilit, Zubex, NIC Mexico, among others. She is the national leader in the thematic area of ¿¿Talent Management by the Vice-Rectory of Continuing Education of Tec de Monterrey. And he is also the leader of the northern zone of the Best Mexican Companies initiative since 2015.
