Upon graduating from Educational Administration at the Universidad Anáhuac in 1983, I starded working at the School Services Departament of Monterrey's Tec, Campus Estado de México (CEM), combining administrative work with teaching. In 1987 I was promoted to the CEM's Academic Development department, conducting projecs related with professors development, particularily training workshops in teaching skills develompent; at the same time I continued teaching subjetcs as Sociology, Organizational Behavior and Human resources training and development.
In 1992 I left CEM in order to live in Tuxtla Gutierrez for 10 years, and continued teaching at the Tec's Campus Chiapas. In 2002 I came back to CEM as a part-time teacher until 2012, when I rejoined full-time work. Meanwhile I completed a PhD in Humanistic Studies and currently continue teaching and participate in institutional projects related with ethics and citizenship education.
