Mendiola-Delgado, María del Roble

Overview

I am currently a Full Professor in the Department of Communication and Digital Media, a position where I participate in the Tec21 Professional Stays and collaborate in the Tec20 and Tec21 Concentrations. In addition, I am a Psychologist with a Master's Degree in Systemic Psychotherapy, in private practice. I have been Director of the Department of Media and Digital Culture, where I led the implementation of the Tec 21 Model, together with the Department of Architecture, Art and Design. In this position I carried out the coordination of 69 professors of the LCMD, IMI and LMI careers, and the administration of 92 classes per semester, of the three programs. As Director of the Department, I led the programming of classes for full-time and chair professors; search and recruitment of new teachers; review of credentials and organization of training and growth plans; coordination of the Advisory Committee of the LCMD, IMI and LMI Careers, analysis and creation of high-value materials and content for students; planning and execution of Week i, Semester i and Professional Internships, including the search for and linking with international and national partner trainers from the private sector, as well as the leadership of the Academic Accreditations (ACEJMC). I also held the position of Director of the Degree in Communication and Digital Media (LCMD), a position from which I served more than 400 students, in the administration of their study plans, class groups, international exchange programs, travel trips, studies within Mexico and abroad, and coordination of their graduation process, symposiums and academic congresses. In addition, I coordinated the processes of attracting and retaining students, the institutional link with private companies for professional internships, and the organization of Master Classes with some of the most famous Mexican actors and screenwriters in Hollywood, California. Likewise, I spearheaded multiple orientation and mentoring initiatives for students in support of psycho-pedagogical issues, life and career plan, financial, family or personal difficulties, academic performance, and disciplinary matters. My areas of specialty are project management, team coordination, human development through coaching and mentoring, instructional design, teaching, psychology, and clinical psychotherapy. In addition, my career includes the training of Tec Ambassadors, and training in Screenwriting and Storytelling. I am a Doctor in Humanistic Studies with a Master's Degree in Education, a Master's Degree in Brief Systemic Psychotherapy, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences. I have a book published on Body Acceptance Psychotherapy based on therapeutic writing techniques
I am currently a Full Time Professor in the areas of film and television production. I was Director of the Department of Media and Digital Culture. I was Communication and Digital Media Program Director. I teach the subjects of Television Production , Screenwriting and Administration and Evaluation Media . My specialty is the production of Creative Industries and Entertainment . I graduated in Communication Sciences , Master of Education and Phd in Humanistic Studies.
