Carreón-Flores, Horacio
Overview
Bachelor in International Business and Master in International Business from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon. Horacio has worked as logistics and international trade manager coordinating heavy cargo projects for the mining industry in Bolivia, Chile, Canada, USA, Italy, Peru and Turkey. He is an expert in managing import and export processes, as well as international purchases. He has experience in international negotiation protocols since he served as director of an international office managing academic cooperation agreements with different universities around the world. At Tecnológico de Monterrey, he is the first professor implementing Virtual Reality in a Negotiation class and he is an expert in implementing new educational technologies that encourage active learning. He has teaching experience at different universities in Mexico, as well as at the City University of Seattle in the United States. He is currently working as academic program manager in Saltillo.
