Contrino,Monica Francesca

Monica Francesca Contrino is an Academic Coordinator of Digital Education at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she is responsible for the design and delivery of the educational offer of the courses taught in digital modalities (online and hybrid) for the undergraduate programs of the School of Business and Management. She also coordinates projects to integrate technological tools and innovations to improve student learning experience in digital courses. She has served for almost 10 years in the institution, having held different positions and is also currently a professor in the undergraduate programs of the School of Business and Management and of the School of Humanities and Educational, with a large experience in face-to-face and digital courses. Her interests in the use of technology have given her wide experience in the incorporation of several technologies at once to make students live a great learning and distance interaction experience. Monica Contrino has actively represented the Tecnológico de Monterrey in national and international conferences, sharing her experience in adaptive teaching, blended learning, and the use of virtual and augmented reality in education. Moreover, she is also serving as a Quality Matters Coordinator at the Tecnológico de Monterrey. She holds a Master´s Degree in Marketing Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Management and Administration from the same university.
