Overview
Department Director of the Biosciences Department, of the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Guadalajara.
Biologist with a Ph.D in Molecular Biology in Medicine from the University of Guadalajara, in addition to a postdoctorate at the University of Veracruz in the Center for Brain Research, currently associated with the Research Group: Biomarkers and Advanced Therapies. Member of the National System of Researchers Level 1, with particular interest in applied research, molecular basis of diseases, as well as gene expression analysis of pathologies.
Member of the Mexican Society of Developmental Biology and the Mexican Society of Physiological Sciences, with experience in obtaining funding for scientific projects, presentations at conferences and writing scientific articles. Within the academia member of the EAAC (Academic Aspects of Career Team) of the Biosciences Program and national leader of training units, participation in the design and implementation of the career in curriculum model.
