Previously taught in Aberystwyth University, UK (Spanish language; translation; politics, economics, and society of Spain; Mexican history and literature; Argentinian history and literature; Politics in Latin America); Swansea University, UK (Spanish area of Masters in Translation; Spanish language (including business language and science language)); Lancaster University, UK (Spanish language); ITESM Campus Hidalgo (English, international relations, economics, literature); Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (English). My current research interests lie in economics (dual currencies and Hayekian currency competition) and education (but not the confluence of both). My last research paper was on the economic success of Peru in the face of global recession.
