Pérez-Lozano, Delia

Overview

Professor, researcher, and academic leader with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, market intelligence, business analytics, and educational innovation. I currently serve as Associate Director of the Marketing and Analytics Department at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where I contribute to academic development, applied research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and partnerships with national and international organizations. My work focuses on understanding consumer behavior, generating actionable insights for decision-making, and exploring the impact of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and advanced analytics across business and educational environments. I have participated in research, consulting, and curriculum development projects, as well as international academic collaboration initiatives. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I enjoy building bridges between academia, industry, and society to create meaningful learning experiences and research projects with real-world impact.
