Jacinto Quesnel is an artist and teacher with more than a decade of entrepreneur in the gaming industry, he is the founder of the International Game Forum (DEVHR), the most important event of its kind in Spanish-speaking and that has been held annually since 2011. It is Founder and curator of the Games Laboratory of the Center for Digital Culture (CCD) of the Secretariat of Federal Culture where he participated since 2013 in the digital agenda nationwide and carried out citizenship construction projects with play and support to the development of communities, artists and entrepreneurs of creative industries. He studied Masters in Teaching in Arts and Design at the Faculty of Arts and Design (FAD) and since 2008 he has taught at several schools and universities.
He is currently Regional Director of the Department of Art of the School of Architecture Art and Design of the Tecnológico de Monterrey in the Mexico City Region.
