Overview
Since January 2006, I have held various academic and administrative positions at Tecnológico de Monterrey, primarily in the areas of graduate education and online learning:
----- Tutor Professor in the Master's in Public and Applied Management and the Master's in Business Administration, under the Digital Education Division at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
----- Academic Coordinator of the Master's in Business Administration (May 2019 ¿ May 2022), delivered in partnership with Citibanamex. I carried out this role in parallel with the coordination of the Master's in Public and Applied Management.
----- Academic Coordinator of the Master's in Public and Applied Management (October 2015 ¿ May 2023), responsible for course planning and scheduling, coordination of professors and tutors, oversight of course preparation and delivery, and student services including enrollment and graduation processes.
----- Academic Coordinator of the Master's in E-Commerce (September 2008 ¿ 2016), in charge of the program's overall administration.
----- I also coordinated international learning experiences for the online graduate programs in Administration and Public Policy through strategic partnerships with global universities and institutions. Notably, I oversaw virtual exchange programs with Boston University Metropolitan College (BU) and the tripartite certificate "Maximizing Global Business Performance", a collaboration between BU (USA), Audencia Nantes (France), and Tecnológico de Monterrey's Online Programs.
In parallel with my coordination roles, I have served continuously as a Tutor Professor since January 2006, teaching the following courses:
----- Master's in Marketing: Service Innovation, Commercial Strategy for New Products, Strategic Marketing Management.
----- Master's in Business Administration: Business Integration Project, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management and Leadership, Strategic Planning.
----- Master's in Public and Applied Management: Capstone Project, Ethics for Public Policy Transformation, Public Entrepreneurship, Applied Public Management, Government and Participatory Democracy, Scenarios and E-Government Development, Public Security in States and Municipalities.
In January 2025, I also served as Lead Professor for the course Ethics for Public Administration.
From January 2006 to August 2008, I worked as Academic Advising Coordinator for the Graduate Program in Administration, supporting key academic processes such as enrollment, graduation, and ongoing student guidance.
Previously, from August 2003 to December 2005, I was Lead Tutor Professor for the course Business Logistics in the Engineering Division, as part of the Campus Support Program at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
