Rodríguez-Garza, Carolina Berenice
Overview
Carolina Berenice Rodríguez Garza holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, along with a master's and a PhD in Science (Astrophysics) from the Institute of Radio Astronomy and Astrophysics at UNAM. She specializes in analyzing data obtained from world-class telescopes, using innovative Radioastronomy techniques.
She is the first woman leading the Engineering Physics program at the Tecnológico de Monterrey. She is also a member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico and part of the Smart Supply Chain and Logistics Research Group.
She is a passionate science communicator under the pseudonym "La Mujer Cohete," engaging audiences through lectures and workshops. Additionally, she is a co-founder of the science podcast "Radio Cosmo 1420".
