Overview

Currently working as a full-time professor in EIC sustainable and civil technologies of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey campus. With a bachelor's, master's, and a doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Hanyang University, South Korea, and Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, India, he published more than 35 scientific articles in peer-reviewed Journals, one patent, and a conference paper and also Presented in various conferences in different countries including the USA, India, and South Korea. My main research interest is to develop novel nanomaterials including carbón, metal oxides, nanocomposites which are used in various energy storage applications such as Supercapacitor, Lithium-ion Battery, Potassium ion Battery, etc. The basic goal to synthesize these nanomaterials to enhance the energy and power density of energy storage devices. Beyond energy storage, electrochemical sensors and detection, water purification, development o metal-organic clusters and frameworks for the fabrication of high-resolution pattering nodes using Electron Beam and Helium-ion Beam lithography has been established.
