I am a nanotechnology and bioengineering researcher specializing in synthetic biology, gene editing, and the development of three-dimensional models for biomedical applications. My work focuses on generating original knowledge and designing experimental platforms that integrate basic science and translational applications, particularly in the study of complex cellular systems and the evaluation of therapeutic strategies. I have developed research projects with results published in high-impact, indexed journals and have participated in technology transfer initiatives aimed at connecting with the productive sector. I have experience in training human resources at the undergraduate and graduate levels, contributing to the guidance and support of students in research projects. Among the tools I use are advanced molecular biology techniques, gene editing, experimental analysis, prototype development, and applied modeling. My goal is to consolidate research lines that strengthen scientific innovation in Mexico, promoting knowledge generation, its responsible application, and its dissemination to society.
