During the conclusion of my master's degree, I worked as a Professor, focusing on Industrial Engineering and Systems Engineering courses and languages. During this time, one of the projects I coordinated was aimed to find new developing opportunities for a region, working in first instance with Tecnológico de Monterrey. The project was enhanced and adjusted, later on sold to the Guanajuato State Government and BBVA. Using as tools: Statistical data analysis and Focus Groups techniques. Development of a crop production simulation model using system dynamics. This was the topic of my Master's dissertation. In this project I worked with Frigorizados La Huerta, an enterprise focusing in agribusiness. The model centers on broccoli and simulates crop production in a multi-variable environment.
Later on I worked during four years in Frigorizados La Huerta as a Business Improvement Manager. I was focused on developing and sustaining the Quality Management System, running cost reduction projects and managing staff development activities.
Currently I am working at the department of Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey, in Aguascalientes as a full time professor. Through our campus I also have worked in developing local organizations.
