Baños-Monroy, Verónica Ilián

She studied the Bachelor's Degree in Systems of Administrative Computing, in 1988, in the American Graduate School of International Management, in Arizona, USA. In 1990, she obtained the degree of Master of Science in Administration, from the ITESM campus of the State of Mexico.
