Fierro-Ferraez, Ana Elena

Ana Elena Fierro Ferráez holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Institute of Legal Research at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She also holds an LL.M. from the University of Georgia, United States; a master¿s degree in philosophy from Universidad Anáhuac; and a Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). She currently serves as Director of Internationalization at the School of Social Sciences and Government at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she also teaches courses such as Administrative Law II and Anti-Corruption. In addition, she is a faculty member in the Diploma in Governance and Public Innovation at the University of Guadalajara and in the Diploma in Government, Management, and Public Policy at the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE). Her main research areas focus on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and on state accountability, with a particular emphasis on transparency, accountability, and anti-corruption frameworks.
