I have a solid background as a Chemical Engineer, supported by a professional career focused on estimating atmospheric emissions inventories in the industrial sector, with successful experience at SEMARNAT. My commitment to the environment has been a constant throughout my career, which motivated me to dedicate ten years to refining my skills in the United Kingdom. During this period, I obtained a Master's and a Doctorate in Environmental Sciences with a specialization in air quality, both completed at the University of Manchester. My primary research projects addressed atmospheric pollution in the cities of London and Manchester, as well as emissions associated with cooking various foods. My time in Manchester concluded with three years of postdoctoral research focused on air pollution in New Delhi, India. I am currently expanding my line of research to anaerobic processes for biogas production based on organic waste and wastewater treatment. I enjoy watching anime and reading manga in my free time.
