During his PhD, he developed an interdisciplinary project in collaboration with research groups in the areas of rheology, processes, physics, biology, and medical pathology. Christian participated in the science and engineering Olympiad at the University Center for Exact Sciences and Engineering (CUCEI) and in state and national chemistry Olympiads, with excellent results. He has also been recognized as a student with outstanding academic achievement by CUCEI and UdeG. During his professional training, Christian has worked on research projects in Electrochemistry, Rheology, and Biomaterials. He has also completed academic and research stays at the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse and UGA, France. Christian has worked as a professor at the undergraduate level in IQ, Mathematics, and Science at the high school level. Currently, Dr. García is a postdoctoral fellow at Tecnológico de Monterrey, focused on the development of applied research projects. He has published nine scientific articles, totaling around 140 citations. His main lines of research are: bioengineering and innovation in biotechnology, circular bioeconomy strategies, tissue engineering, polymers and biomaterials, electrospinning, and materials processing and characterization. Dr. García focuses his professional experience, together with his leadership skills, teamwork, and interest in research quality, with the aim of establishing himself as a research professor in bioengineering and applied sciences, with key projects for solving global problems.
