I am a medical doctor graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), my fellowship was in Anatomic Pathology at Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición "Salvador Zubirán" (INCMNSZ). I have extensive experience in pathology of the digestive tract and accessory organs. With private practice for more than 15 years, collaborating with leading gastroenterologists, surgeons and endoscopists in the field, caring for patients in a multidisciplinary manner and making research articles that impact their diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
I am passionate about teaching. I had the honor of being a professor of Histology for 5 years at the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). I am currently a professor of Medical Sciences at the School of Medicine of the Tecnológico de Monterrey campus Guadalajara, where I have the great opportunity to inspire new generations to develop their greatest potential and learn to practice medicine with the highest values of empathy, knowledge and responsibility.
