Alvaro-Mendoza, Carlos Enrique

Carlos Enrique Alvaro Mendoza received his B.Sc. degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Los Ríos (ITSR), Mexico, in 2014. He obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Automatic Control from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), Mexico, in 2019 and 2023, respectively. His Ph.D. was awarded as a dual degree between UANL and École Centrale de Nantes, France, through a joint doctoral program. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey, Mexico. His research areas are non-linear control theory and non-linear observers with applications in electrical machines and robotics.
