Overview
I was born in Culiacán, Sinaloa, on July 26, 1969, I am the fourth in a family of 6 children. My parents are Lucano Franco Zazueta and Dolores Josefina Valdez Izabal. I am married and have 3 sons. I studied high school and my professional career at Tec de Monterrey with a 90% academic scholarship. I am a Public Accountant graduated in 1993 with mention of excellence. Finishing my professional studies, the Sinaloa Campus offered me to join the "Future Teachers" program, for which I was awarded a scholarship to study English at the University of Texas at Austin and later, to study my MBA at Northeastern State University in the United States. Later, in 2000, I began my doctoral studies and finished my doctorate in administration with a specialty in Marketing from Tec de Monterrey in conjunction with the University of North Carolina. During those years I worked as department director and career director. In 2006 I finished the certificate in Retail at the University of South Carolina and I joined as director of the Retail Center at Campus Sinaloa. In 2014, I joined the Strategic Retail Research Group at EGADE.
