Almaguer-Flores, Leticia

Leticia Flores Almaguer has been a teacher for over 25 years in the area of information systems, with a focus on strategic management, process management, project management, technological innovation and IT-based solutions. As academic director of the LSCA, LATI and INT programs, participated in curriculum design and achieved national (CONAIC) and international (ABET) accreditations of the three academic programs. She currently participates in continuing education programs in the area of project management, introduction to learning facilitation and CANVAS; coordinates the International Certification program as a Business Process Professional, and the Agile Project Management in LIVE Model, as well as particular programs for companies in Latin America.
